This website is operated by LEXATEK, based in Córdoba, Veracruz, México. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about LEXATEK’s services (web design and development, online stores, custom software, SEO and analytics, maintenance and hosting, and telecom infrastructure) and lets you request quotes. No sales are made on this website. The scope, price, timeline, payment terms and other conditions of each project are agreed in writing with each client and prevail over any general information on the website.

2. Free tools

The website’s free tools (such as QR code generators) are provided "as is", free of charge and without any guarantee of results. Where indicated, they run in your browser and the data you enter is not sent to LEXATEK. You are responsible for checking the result before using or printing it.

3. Permitted use

You may browse the website and share its links. You may not:

  • Use the contact form to send advertising, bulk messages or false information.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to areas, systems or data of the website, or interfere with its operation or security.
  • Scrape content in an automated or bulk manner.
  • Present the website’s content as your own or alter it in a way that misleads about LEXATEK or its services.

4. Intellectual property

The LEXATEK name and logo, as well as the text, illustrations, design and code of this website, are protected by Mexican intellectual and industrial property laws. Using the website does not grant any license over them. Reproduction, except for brief quotations citing the source, requires written permission.

The names, logos and screenshots of client websites shown as projects belong to their respective owners and are presented solely as examples of our work.

5. Third-party links and services

The website may include links to or services from third parties, such as WhatsApp, Google, Cloudflare or our clients’ websites. LEXATEK does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.

6. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it will operate without interruptions or errors. The information on the website is general and does not constitute a proposal or advice for any particular case. LEXATEK shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the website or its free tools, except where the law does not allow such liability to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the use of the website, the parties submit to the competent courts of Córdoba, Veracruz, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
